Solution of an alkyl ammonium salt of a polycarboxylic acid. Acts as a high molecular weight dispersing and wetting agent for solvent-borne coating systems. Increases thixotropy. Prevents flooding and floating and settling of the pigments. Reduces the sagging tendency. Exhibits no negative influence on the water sensitivity of the paint film. Used for medium to low polar solvent-borne and solvent-free coating systems, general industrial coatings, architectural coatings, protective coatings. Also used as anti-corrosive primers, thereby enhancing the protective properties.
