BRUGGOLITE® L40 by Brüggemann is a reducing agent in initiator systems for the main or post polymerization of various emulsion polymers.
- It is a stabilized, aqueous solution of sodium hydroxymethanesulfinate.
- Depending on the redox system these reactions can be performed under acidic, neutral, or alkaline pH conditions.
- It is ready for processing and offers high quality, optimization of handling and low impurities.
- It is recommended for water-based polymerization and textile industrial applications such as discharge printing.
- The reactivity of BRUGGOLITE® L40 is higher under acidic conditions.
- The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-0.2% on total formulation for post polymerization.
- The shelf life of the product is 12 months when stored at 25°C.
