BRUGGOLITE® E01 by Brüggemann is a dust-free, fast dissolving reducing agent in initiator systems for the main or post polymerization of various emulsion polymers. It can be used in combination with all commonly used oxidizing agents (peroxides).
- Depending on the redox system these reactions can be performed under acidic, neutral, or alkaline pH conditions.
- It offers high quality and low impurity products.
- It is recommended for water-based polymerization and textile industrial application such as discharge printing.
- The reactivity of BRUGGOLITE® E01 is higher under acidic conditions and shows good alkaline resistance.
- The dosage level of the grade is 0.05-0.2% on total formulation for post polymerization.
- The shelf life of the product is 24 months when stored under dry condition at 25°C.
