White aluminum oxide. F54 is a hard, angular mineral. It exhibits increase in viscosity, wear properties and protection against extreme weathering corrosion. It's base material is bauxite. It is very hard and clean. Provides anti-slip properties in decorative surfaces without detracting from the appearance of the surface underneath. Used as an anti-slip mineral. It can also be pigmented in bright whites and yellows to give high-visibility, as well as light emitting coatings. Applications include abrasive systems and flooring.
