Borchi® Guard T by Borchers (Milliken) is a MEKO and oxime-free anti-skinning agent. It is suitable for high solid, oxidatively cured solvent-based coating systems and pigment pastes. It improves flow and leveling properties. It is efficient at low dosages and achieves excellent dry times across a variety of primary driers and maintains excellent storage stability with minimal loss of dry.
  • It controls surface‑dry retardation and keeps the film open longer, allowing deeper oxygen penetration into lower film layers.
  • It is used in printing inks, and pigment pastes and preventing skin formation on the surface while the material is still in the container.
  • It is also used in architectural and industrial coatings.
  • Recommended dosage level of Borchi® Guard T is 0.2-0.9% depending on the binder type and the amount of driers used.
