Borchi® Gen 12 by Borchers (Milliken) is a low molecular weight, non-ionic, VOC- and APEO-free wetting and dispersing agent for water- and solvent-based coating systems. It is recommended for systems based on CAB and nitrocellulose.
- It has OH functionality that can be covalently bonded in cross-linked or two-component coating systems.
- It can be used in all pH ranges.
- Borchi® Gen 12 is used in pigment concentrates (universal resin-free, UV-curing), industrial- and decorative coatings.
- The recommended dosage for titanium dioxide is 1-3%, inorganic pigment is 5-10% and organic pigment is 10-35%.
