Borchi® Gel 0620 by Borchers (Milliken) is a tin-, APEO- and emulsifier-free, non-ionic, polyurethane-based thickner. It develops viscosity stability and improves rheological properties mainly in the lower shear range for water-based coatings systems.
- It enables the application of thick layers on vertical surfaces, effectively prevents sagging and does not yellow or cause chalking in the cured film.
- Borchi® Gel 0620 is used in industrial-, architectural- & automotive spray coatings.
- It is suitable for brush and roll coatings when used with newtonian thickener.
- The recommended dosage is 0.3-0.5% on the total formulation.
