Laromer® PO 9026 by BASF is a polyether acrylate resin containing approximately 50% nanoscale silica for the formulation of radiation-curable coatings. It provides excellent scratch resistance and high hardness.
  • It can also be blended with higher-viscosity energy-curable oligomers and polymers.
  • It can be diluted with solvents commonly used in the coatings industry, including esters, ketones, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
  • Laromer® PO 9026 is used in UV-curable and electron-beam-curable coatings for plastics, wood, and wood products.
  • It is recommended for use in combination with other radiation-curable resins to formulate coatings cured by ultraviolet light or electron beams.
