Laromer® PE 44 F by BASF is a polyester-modified acrylic resin. It provides minimal yellowing and good flexibility and is free of reactive diluents. It is soluble in many solvents common to the coatings industry except aliphatic hydrocarbons.
  • It can be homogeneously mixed with most unsaturated acrylate oligomers, including other Laromer® grades.
  • It is used as a sole binder or in combination with other unsaturated acrylic resins for the formulation of electron-beam or UV-curable printing inks and coatings.
  • It is used in coatings for wood, wood products, plastics, paper, and printing inks.
