Joncryl® 8053

Water-based styrene acrylic emulsion. It is a low cost-in-use film-forming emulsion which can reduce VOC in formulations while still maintaining high performance levels including efficiency and quality. Offers good gloss and transparency. Provides high viscosity in the end formulation and can be diluted down to average viscosity by addition of extra water in formulations. Does not lose application properties during processing. Also ensures that less soft emulsion is needed in the final formulation to achieve required properties. Used in water-based inks and overprint varnishes (OPV) for paper & corrugated board industry.
