Hydropalat® WE 3111 by BASF acts as a wetting and dispersing agent. It is a non-ionic, APEO-free aliphatic alcohol ethoxylate. It offers very good color acceptance and shows excellent tinting strength. It has low odor and very good freeze-thaw resistance. It is designed for paints that carry eco-label and can be used in flat through gloss paints and coatings. Complies with EPA and EU 2004/42. Recommended dosage level of Hydropalat® WE 3111 is 0.2-1.0% by total weight. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
