Foamaster® MO 2119 by BASF is 100% active, liquid defoamer that contains no silicone or mineral oil. It is particularly well suited for ink defoaming where printing press plates are swollen or softened by mineral oil-based defoamers. It is also recommended for coating applications where sensitivity to silicone or mineral oil is of prime importance. Foamaster® MO 2119 has a recommended dosage level of 0.5% based on the total weight of the material to be defoamed.
