SETAQUA® 6417

SETAQUA® 6417 by allnex is a fine particle sized, hard, APEO-free, acrylic functional binder dispersion. It provides excellent durability and dirt pick up resistance. It is easy to formulate, has a very good adhesion to concrete and its derived substrates. It offers very good water-, alkali and abrasion resistance.

• Paints with different gloss levels can be easily achieved and it has a very good affinity with NIR (Near Infra-red) reflective pigments.
• This binder is highly recommended for high-performance concrete coatings as the super durable backbone safeguards UV and environmental degradation of the paint.
• For COOLROOF coatings, it offers long-term Solar Reflectance (SRI) throughout standing UV durability, adhesion, and resistance to thermal cycling.
• Its low water uptake and excellent film integrity prevent degradation, leaching, and efflorescence, while superior DPUR ensures sustained cleanliness against soil, soot, and pollution which is critical to maintaining SRI over time.
• It is more sustainable with longer service life and lower environmental impact.
