RESYDROL® AZ 541W/42WA by allnex is a water dilutable, self cross-linking alkyd resin containing urethane groups. It is very flexible, has excellent adhesion, and very good stability. It is used in the formulation of waterborne paints. Especially primer surfacers based on RESYDROL® AZ 541W/42WA have excellent processing properties and resistance against stone chipping, even at higher layer thickness of top coat. It has a shelf life of at least 365 days at temperature upto 35°C.
