ADDITOL® XW 6581

ADDITOL® XW 6581 by allnex is a wetting agent and ionic & non-ionic surfactant with pigment affinity groups. It is free of nonylphenolethoxylates and VOC. It improves wetting of organic and inorganic pigments in all water-borne coating systems. It reduces the grind viscosity and prevents pigment reflocculation during formulated paint storage. It is suitable for neutral and amine neutralized applications. It is highly effective for alkyd resin emulsions, acrylics, polyesters, epoxies, UV curing backbone resin systems, polyurethane emulsions and standard emulsions designed to formulate quality coating systems. It is also suited for the preparation of pigment pastes containing no binders. The recommended dosage for inorganic pigments is 1.0-10.0 % and for organic pigments is 10.0-40.0 %. The shelf life of ADDITOL® XW 6581 is 730 days.
