ORGACON ASI 210 by Agfa is a transparent, electronic conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) polymer. It is a non-acidic with lower surface tension and conductivity is not influenced by relative humidity. It is suitable for water-based, antistatic inline (ASI) coatings during PET production prior to the transversal stretching (TS) of the film. After thermo-fixation, it provides higher scratch resistance as compared to ORGACON ASI 110. The shelf life of ORGACON ASI 210 is 12 months when stored at 4-25°C.
