NIKANE® MS 5000 by Advancion (formerly ANGUS) is a multifunctional solvent grade. Exhibits medium evaporation rate, unique properties afford economical approach and improves film properties. Specifically, it has mid-range evaporation rate that is highly desirable for improved dry-time performance of films. It prevents surface skinning of the film, form azeotropes with numerous solvents, increase the vapor pressure of the solvent blends to speed the release of the solvent from the film. Recommended dosage of NIKANE® MS 5000 is in the range of 10-25% replacement of the total solvent system.
