Epotec® TH 7940 by Aditya Birla Chemicals – Advanced Materials is a phenalkamine. It acts as a curing agent. It is designed for fast cure and is capable of curing at low temperature and even in high humid conditions. It can be suitably used with an unmodified, modified and solvent based epoxy resins. Due to its fast yet workable pot life & ability to protect the underlying surface Epotec® TH 7940 is widely used in anti-corrosive applications and in solvent based and high solids coatings, coatings under cold and damp condition, concrete floor coatings and in pipe and tank linings.
