ADDAPT® Foamstop™ EM 19 by ADDAPT Chemicals is a cost-effective and sustainable foam control agent emulsion. It enhances gloss in certain emulsion based paint systems due to improved levelling. It maintains the defoaming properties over a prolonged period of time and does not contain mineral oils, silicones, nonylphenol derivatives, amines, nitrates or fluorides.
- It is used in high PVC emulsion paints, pigmented emulsion paints and printing inks.
- It is an emulsion of surface-active components and vegetable oils in water (>80% based on renewable resources).
- The recommended dosage is 0.15-0.35%wt. on total formulation.
- ADDAPT® Foamstop™ EM 19 complies with the following regulations: EINECS and FDA #173.340.
