Alvinox FB by 3V is a sterically hindered phenolic-based grade. Acts as an antioxidant. It reacts efficiently with peroxy radicals, thus slowing down the chain reaction process that facilitates thermal oxidation. It offers long term heat stabilization and low volatility. It shows compatibility and synergism with broad range of additives (in particular secondary antioxidants). Alvinox FB is suitable for paints and ink applications. Recommended dosage level is 0.02 to 0.4%.
