3N® MgH-2000T by 3N International is magnesium hydroxide. It acts as a non-halogen flame retardant and smoke suppressant. It is treated with stearic acid and has excellent thermal stability of up to 340°C, which enables its use where aluminum hydroxide is not sufficiently stable. 3N® MgH-2000T is environmental friendly since no toxic or corrosive gases are generated during its decomposition process. It is used in coating materials.
