3M™Novec™ Fluorosurfactant FC-4430 by 3M acts as a flow, levelling and wetting agent. It is a non-ionic polymeric fluorochemical surfactant. Suitable for water-borne, solvent-borne and high-solids organic polymer systems. Exhibits good thermal stability and is very efficient at reducing the surface tension in aqueous systems. Designed for inks, architectural & industrial coatings, water reducible and radiation curable coatings. Complies with TSCA and REACH regulations. Recommended dosage level of 3M™Novec™ Fluorosurfactant FC-4430 is 0.05% to 0.3%.
