Luna-fos 126J distributed by DKSH is a high performance organo-phosphite processing stabilizer. It has been designed to protect coatings from thermo-oxidative degradation by decomposing hydroperoxides to form non-radical, non-reactive products.
- It offers excellent thermal and color stability to coatings upon exposure to high temperatures during processing and curing.
- It is particularly suited to stabilize polyester based systems that are used in powder coatings that undergo electric or direct-gas-fired oven curing, other high industrial bake conditions.
- A special feature of Luna-fos 126J is its efficiency in the presence of NOx gases that are generated during direct gas fired ovens, thus, eliminated yellowing that normally occurs under these baking conditions.
