Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.

• It offers improved adhesion in direct to metal applications.
• It extends the coatings season window by providing consistent curing performance in all weather conditions (hot or cold, dry or humid) for short, medium and long oil alkyd systems.
• It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance and lower gardner color numbers and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.
• It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.
• It is recommended for all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.
• Applications include wood flooring, architectural-, protective and marine coating.
• It is APEO-free, REACH and Proposition 65 compliant.
• The recommended dosage level of Borchi® OXY-Coat is 0.5-3%.

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1510 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It demonstrates excellent drying performance and other added benefits. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex.

• It exhibits improved drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.
• Borchi® OXY-Coat 1510 is used in all water-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.
• Recommended dosage level is 1-10%.

Dri-Rx® HF by Borchers (Milliken) is a drier accelerator. It enhances drying performance in solvent- and water-borne air-dried paints, coatings & inks. It is an organic compound that works synergistically with cobalt, manganese and other oxidative (transition) metals to speed up the drying process in hard-to-dry and thick film applications.

• It increases oxidative activity while reducing susceptibility to hydrolysis and the loss-of-dry phenomenon that occurs through metal adsorption.
• Dri-Rx® HF is suitable for architectural paints, industrial coatings, stains and printing inks.
• Recommended usage level in high solids paints is 0.2% on vehicle solids, water-based paints 0.2-0.5% on vehicle solids and in slow drying inks 0.1-0.5%.

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance cobalt-free drier and catalyst with high concentration and low VOC. It is suitable for high solids alkyd-based coatings. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active, organometallic iron complex.

• It exhibits improved drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.
• It has the ability to be used in adverse conditions.
• It is used in all solvent-based coatings containing binders or resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.
• Borchi® OXY-Coat 1410 is ideal for use in wood, industrial and architectural coatings as well as in printing inks.
• Recommended dosage level is 0.05-3%.

ADDITOL® dry CF103 by allnex is cobalt- & solvent-free, primary drier based on accelerated manganese. It possesses low VOC, reduced odor and high flash point. It is a ready to use product with excellent compatibility and easy incorporation in solvent-borne & water-based alkyd stains/impregnations & paints, natural oils and conventional printing inks. It has outstanding set & through dry performance and allows leveling and substrate wetting without strong wrinkling tendency. It allows utilization in areas with high safety measures and long-lasting drying performance with strongly reduced loss of dry effect. It is recommended to combine with auxiliary driers such as ADDITOL® dry CF 200 (Li/Zr) or ADDITOL® dry CF 300 (Ba/Zr). The recommended dosage of 0.3-0.9 %, calculated on solid binder, is recommended for medium solid and water-borne alkyds. Whereas ultra-high solid alkyds require up to 1.3 % calculated on solid binder. Recommended for ultra-high solid systems, architectural, anti-corrosive, façade, furniture, marine & protective, stain blocking, trim coatings, wall paints and wood stain applications. The shelf life of ADDITOL® dry CF103 is 365 days.

ADDITOL® XW 6533 by allnex is a water-emulsifiable, cobalt-free, combination drier. It contains a balanced metal combination which is necessary for an optimum oxidative drying. It may be added as siccative to all water-borne oxidatively drying alkyd resin paints. It offers good set-drying combined with an even through-drying. The recommended quantity to be added is 4-6%, calculated on solid resin. The shelf life of ADDITOL® XW 6533 is 730 days.

ADDITOL® dry CF100 by allnex is a ready to use, universal cobalt-free primary drier designed to have excellent compatibility and fast incorporation in all solvent- and water-based alkyd paints. It is based on twin accelerated manganese. It offers well balanced leveling, high hardness development, improved long-term dry performance during paint aging, less discoloration and very good anti-corrosion support in industrial DTM formulations.

• ADDITOL® dry CF100 enables labeling-free use in high quality architectural and protective coating applications using oxidative drying alkyds.
• The recommended dosage level is 0.3-0.9% for medium solid and water-borne alkyds and 1.3% for ultra-high solid alkyds, calculated on solid binder.
• It has a shelf life of 365 days.

ADDITOL® dry CF300 by allnex is a cobalt- & APEO-free, auxiliary drier metal combination. It optimizes oxidative drying. It offers good pigment wetting, block- & water resistance and improved hardness & water spotting. It is used in water-borne and solvent-borne alkyd resin paints formulations. It is recommended to be used together with cobalt-free primary drier ADDITOL® dry CF 100. It possesses ultra-low VOC, low odor and high flash point. It is designed for decorative, industrial wood, marine & protective, industrial metal and high gloss systems. The recommended quantity to be added is 0.75-1.35 %, calculated on solid resin. The shelf life of ADDITOL® dry CF300 is 365 days.

ADDITOL® VXW 6206 by allnex is a water-emulsifiable, ethoxylate-free nonylphenyl combination drier of cobalt, lithium and zirconium. It may be added as siccative to all water-borne oxidatively drying alkyd resin paints. ADDITOL® VXW 6206 is lead- and barium-free grade which provides good set-drying combined with an even through-drying. The recommended quantity to be added is 1.0-3.0% calculated on solid resin. The shelf life of this product is 730 days.

ADDITOL® dry CF200 by allnex contains a balanced auxiliary drier metal combination. It is recommended to be used together with cobalt-free primary driers ADDITOL® dry CF 100 or ADDITOL® dry CF 101 for all oxidative drying water-borne and solvent-based alkyd resin paints. The recommended usage level of ADDITOL® dry CF200 is 0.75-1.35%, calculated on solid resin. The shelf life of this product is 365 days.
