DPNG by Kuraray is a nitrogen- & sulfur-free antioxidant and catalyst/accelerator. It possesses low toxicity and high stability. It is synthesized chemically from petrochemicals. This liquid oxygen scavenger solves poor curing problem. It solves not only oxygen inhibition of radical polymerization especially UV curing, it also solves resin deterioration like resin yellowing by oxidation. It also works without catalysts. It avoids metal oxidation and absorbs oxygen. DPNG is used for air-drying unsaturated polyester paints, UV ink and coatings.

IPEMA by Kuraray is a nitrogen- & sulfur-free, multifunctional crosslinking agent, UV curing accelerator and reactive diluent. It is a highly stable and environment-friendly grade with low toxicity & irritation. It offers excellent finish & gloss, durability, color retention and weatherability with no yellowing effect.

Borchi® OXY-Coat by Borchers (Milliken) is a high concentration, low-VOC, cobalt-free drier and metal-based catalyst. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers in water- and solvent-based systems. It is suitable for high solids, composites and can be applied in multiple coats. It is based on a unique, patented and highly active iron complex.

• It offers improved adhesion in direct to metal applications.
• It extends the coatings season window by providing consistent curing performance in all weather conditions (hot or cold, dry or humid) for short, medium and long oil alkyd systems.
• It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance and lower gardner color numbers and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 by Borchers (Milliken) is a VOC- and cobalt-free curing agent and metal-based catalyst ideal for water-based alkyd coatings. It can improve drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It is suitable for all coatings with binders that dry by oxidation.

• It provides brighter whites and lower yellow tones.
• It offers improved adhesion in direct-to-metal applications.
• It can be used in coatings for adverse weather conditions.
• Applications include wood-, industrial-, and architectural coatings, as well as printing inks.
• Borchi® OXY-Coat 1101 is APEO-free and complies with Proposition 65, REACH, environmental labels "Blue Angel" (RAL-UZ 12a) and "EU Ecolabel"(Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010, Commission Decision 2014/312/EU).
• Recommended dosage level is 0.25-2%.

Borchi® Dragon by Borchers (Milliken) is a high-performance, cobalt-free, metal-ligand catalyst for solvent-based and high solids alkyd resins. It exhibits faster drying times particularly in long oil alkyds and faster drying in adverse ambient conditions down to 4.4°C. It provides a wrinkle-free appearance when utilized with thick film applications.

• It offers non-yellowing, brighter whites, improved color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.
• It also provides complexity reduction and excellent film hardness in high solids systems, stain- & chemical resistance and low gardner color numbers.
• It is designed for wood, industrial, protective & marine, architectural and automotive coatings.
• It allows for <350 g/l alkyd formulation with higher oil content.
• It is cost-efficient, reduces skinning, prevents corrosion and possess extended coating season windows.
• The recommended dosage level of Borchi® Dragon is 0.5-3%.

ADDITOL® P 963 by allnex is polyester-based catalyst masterbatch to be used in hybrid, TGIC or ARALDITE® PT-910 systems. It contains 5 % active substance and has been designed for indoor and outdoor use. ADDITOL® P 963 is easily handled and greatly improves dispersion of the catalyst in powder coating formulations. Its shelf life is 24 months under normal storage conditions (=30°C).

ADDITOL® P 920 by allnex is a catalyst masterbatch. It contains 5% active substance in a hydroxylated polyester matrix. Coatings made using this masterbatch in conjunction with CRYLCOAT® 2920-0 and glycoluril crosslinker produce a consistent wrinkle finish with good mechanical properties. ADDITOL® P 920 has shelf life of 24 months under normal storage conditions (=30°C).

Borchi® OXY-Coat 1310 by Borchers (Milliken) is a metal-based, cobalt-free, curing additive and catalyst. It is based on a unique, patented, highly active iron complex. It improves drying activity, color performance, gloss and haze compared to cobalt-based driers.

• It is designed for thixotropic solvent-based coatings with resins that dry by oxidation including alkyds, vegetable oils, epoxy esters and polybutadiene.
• It provides improved stain- and chemical resistance, lower gardner color numbers and faster dry times and can prevent wrinkles at higher film builds.
• It has the ability to be used in adverse conditions.
• It is suitable for use in solvent-based architectural, wood, and industrial coating applications, as well as printing inks.
• The recommended dosage level of Borchi® OXY-Coat 1310 is 0.5-3%.
• It complies with EU-REACH, ECL, EINECS, TSCA and NECI.

ADDITOL® E 04594 by allnex is a catalyst masterbatch containing 10% active substance in a special polyester resin carrier. It is easily handled and greatly improves the dispersion of catalyst in powder coatings. ADDITOL® E 04594 is suitable for use in hybrid, TGIC or Araldite® PT-910 systems. The shelf life of the resin is 12 months from the date of manufacturing.

TIB KAT® 216 distributed by DKSH is a liquid tin catalyst based on dioctyltin compounds. It exhibits low toxicity and is a standard catalyst for crosslinked pipes.

• It is used in blocked PU-, silicone powder paints and powder varnishes.
• It is available in India, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, South Korea, Thailand.
• The shelf life of TIB KAT® 216 is 1 year.
