SONGSORB® CS 622 by Songwon is a polymer of dimethyl succinate and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. Is a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) of N-R type and also acts as an antioxidant. It contributes to the long-term heat stability of polyolefins. It has oligomeric structure with high molecular weight is the stabilizer of choice for application demanding low volatility and minimal migration. Protects coatings from surface defects such as gloss reduction, cracking and chalking and ensures the retention of mechanical properties. SONGSORB® CS 622 meets high performance and durability requirements of all powder coatings. It is listed on AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, NZIOC, ECL, EINECS, Switzerland, TSCA and PICCS inventories.

SONGNOX® 1911B FF by Songwon is a blend of tetrakis[methylene-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate] methane (50.0%) and 1,2-bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamoly) hydrazine (50.0%). Provides process stability, long term protection of physical properties, and protects the polymer against the antagonistic effects of contact with metal ions, specifically copper. SONGNOX® 1911B FF can be used in powder coatings, PE, crosslinked PE, PP, EPDM, nylon, PU, polyacetal, and styrenic copolymers. SONGNOX® CS 417B by Songwon is a light stabilizer and antioxidant. It is a mixture of SONGNOX® CS 1680 (80%) and SONGNOX® CS 1010 (20%). It finds application in powder coatings. SONGNOX® CS 417B is soluble in n-butanol, n-butyl acetate, MIBK, 2-butoxyethanol, solvesso 100, solvesso 150, distilled water, xylene, toluene and n-hexane.
Irgafos® XP 30

Irgafos® XP 30 by BASF is a highly effective, low-volatile and hydrolysis resistant grade. It is a mixture of 67% Irgafos 38 and 33% HP-136. It offers excellent protection against discoloration and change of physical properties due to excessive heat exposure. It withstands outstanding thermal and color stability. It is suitable to stabilise alkyd and polyester resin based coating systems. Irgafos® XP 30 is recommended for industrial and powder coatings.
Irgafos® XP 60

Irgafos® XP 60 by BASF is mixture of 33% HP-136 and 33% HP-136. It is highly effective, low-volatile and hydrolysis resistant synergistic blend of high-performing antioxidants for coating resins. It protects resin polymers during resin synthesis, manufacturing of the paint, processing (thermal curing and overbaking) and the designed life-time of the final coating. It provides excellent protection against discoloration and change of physical properties caused by excessive heat exposure. It is suited to stabilize alkyd and polyester resin based coating systems that are used in industrial powder coatings (electrical and gas oven heating), coil coatings and other high bake coatings. Irgafos® XP 60 is efficient in the presence of NOx gases, has potential to function in critical gas oven curing conditions. Recommended usage level is 0.1-0.5% alone or in combination with synergists. Although the solubility in customary organic solvents is low, incorporation into coating resins at recommended use levels is possible.
