Anti-static Agents for Coatings and Inks

AHA3149 distributed by DKSH is a hindered amine based tribo-charge agent. It is used in powder coatings to provide acceptable tribo chargeability fitted indoor or exterior durable powders with a friction gun spray. In addition, as a surface performance modifier provides better flow and smoothness as well.

TEGO® Addid 230 distributed by DKSH is a solvent-free anti-static additive used to increase the conductivity of coating formulations. It is used in clear-, floor-, wood-, can-, coil and industrial applications. It increases electrical conductivity and provides very good compatibility even at high dosage.

• Recommended usage level is 1.0-8.0 wt%.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.

Einar® 511 by Palsgaard is a fine sprayed plant-based GTS that serves as a cooling time enhancer when coated on EPS beads. The fine powder will efficiently cover the surface of the beads and facilitate optimal exchange of blowing agent and air during processing resulting in faster and optimized production. The recommended level is 0.1 - 0.4% depending on EPS bead size.
