Synthomer partners with Lummus to license its acrylic acid esters technology

Synthomer, a supplier of high-performance, highly specialized polymers and ingredients, and Lummus Technology, a provider of process technologies and value-driven energy solutions, announces the launch of a new partnership to license Synthomer’s proprietary acrylic acid esters technology.
Strategic collaboration to expand acrylate monomers business
This strategic collaboration combines Synthomer’s deep operational expertise and technological know-how in acrylic acid esters with Lummus’ global licensing capabilities and extensive customer network. Lummus will offer robust solutions to produce acrylic acid esters, a key component in several high-performance applications, with the ability to utilize a variety of raw materials, including bio-based feedstocks.
