Monomeric MDI

ISONATE™ 50 OP by Dow is pure methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) with 50% 2,4-MDI. ISONATE™ 50 OP is used in the manufacture of low-viscosity prepolymers.

WANNATE® MDI-1102 by Wanhua Chemical is pure methylene diphenyl diisocyanate. It provides easy moisture. WANNATE® MDI-1102 is suitable for coating applications.

LUPRANATE MI by BASF is a monomeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate). It is an aromatic diisocyanate. It can react with polyols in the manufacture of polyurethane. LUPRANATE MI is suitable for coatings.

LUPRANATE MS by BASF is a monomeric MDI (methylene diphenyl diisocyanate). It is an aromatic diisocyanate. LUPRANATE MS can react with polyols in the manufacture of polyurethane.

Desmodur® VT 66 by Covestro is a TDI - MDI blend. Desmodur® VT 66 is a mixture of different aromatic diisocyanates and isomers and homologues of higher functionality.

Desmodur® D 7823 by Covestro is a mixture of diisocyanates with polymeric constituents.

Desmodur® 44MC LIQUID by Covestro is a monomeric diphenylmethane 4,4' diisocyanate (MDI) with a molecular weight of 250 [g/mol]. It is a white to pale yellow solid. It is sensitive to moisture and reacts with water to form insoluble urea derivatives and carbon dioxide. Contact with air, especially if accompanied by simultaneous exposure to light, accelerates yellowing. It is therefore advisable to store liquid under dry nitrogen. It is sensitive to heat and likely to dimerization. Desmodur® 44MC LIQUID is used to produce polyurethanes.

Desmodur® 44 MC Liquid by Covestro is monomeric diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI). Used in the formulation of polyurethane coating resins.

Desmodur® VP.PU 3230 by Covestro is a mixture of diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI) with isomers and homologues of higher functionality.

Desmodur® VL 50 by Covestro is a MDI-based aromatic polyisocyanate. Desmodur® VL 50 can be used for the production of polyurethane products.
