Aliphatic Isocyanates

WANNATE® HB-75MX by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic biuret polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 25% of 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate (MPA) and xylene (1:1). It exhibits high chemical- and weathering resistance, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties. It can be mixed with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates.

• It can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings.
• WANNATE® HB-75MX is suitable for automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastic coatings.

WANNATE® HT-100 by Wanhua Chemical is a solvent-free, aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings. It offers high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.

• WANNATE® HT-100 is suitable for automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastic coatings.
• It can be mixed with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates.

WANNATE® HMDI by Wanhua Chemical is a liquid cycloaliphatic diisocyanate with low viscosity. It offers good mechanical strength, abrasion- and hydrolysis resistance, and retention of gloss and physical properties upon weathering.

• It forms optically clear polyurethanes in combination with suitable polyol co-reactants.
• WANNATE® HMDI is used in coatings for flooring, roofing, maintenance and textile applications.

WANNATE® HT-100plus by Wanhua Chemical is a solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It can be used as a hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings. It exhibits high resistance to chemicals and weathering. It is colorless to slightly yellow liquid.

• It offers very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.
• It can be mixed with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates.
• WANNATE® HT-100plus is suitable for automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastic coatings.

WANNATE® HTBL-175S by Wanhua Chemical is a MEKO blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate based on 75% hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 25% Solvent naphtha 100. It can be used as a hardener in colorfast, weather-stable, one-component polyurethane coatings. It improves flexibility and adhesion in conventional stoving systems.

• It is compatible with various plasticizers such as phosphoric-, sulphonic-, adipic acid and phthalic acid esters.
• It is suitable for high-grade industrial finishes such as electrical appliances, small components, can- and coil coatings.
• WANNATE® HTBL-175S is also used in primer surfaces and topcoats for automotive finishes.

WANNATE® HT-500 by Wanhua Chemical is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It can be used as a hardener component for waterborne, lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings, especially for preparing water-dispersible low-viscosity curing agents.

• It offers high NCO content, excellent gloss & color retention and outstanding mechanical properties.
• It provides light and weather stability and is capable of ambient temperature-curing.
• It can be used alongside other polyisocyanates such as WANNATE® HT-100, WANNATE® HT-400 and WANNATE® IT-170B.
• It shows compatibility with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates.
• WANNATE® HT-500 is suitable for coatings applications such as automotive refinishing, transportation, plastics and industrial finishing.

WANNATE® HT-600 by Wanhua Chemical is a low-viscosity, solvent-free, polyfunctional aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI). It can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings. It exhibits high chemical and weathering resistance, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.

• It shows compatibility with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyester polyols and polyacrylates.
• WANNATE® HT-600 is suitable for automotive- OEM and refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastics coatings.

WANNATE® BIO PDI by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic pentamethylene diisocyanate. It is a low viscosity and less irritant liquid at room temperature. It is raw material of bio-based polyurethanes. It offers lightfastness, powdering resistance, good color retention, and weathering resistance.

• It exhibits high degree of oil resistance coupled with good wear-resisting.
• It is used in PU varnish, top-grade coatings, car refinishing paint, plastic coating, top-grade wood paint, industrial coating and anti-corrosive coating.
• It is suitable for coating curing agent and collar copolymer coating.
• WANNATE® BIO PDI has a shelf life of at least 9 months when stored at temperatures between 0 and 30°C.

WANNATE® HTBL-275MS by Wanhua Chemical is 3,5-dimethylpyrazole blocked aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 17% solvent naphtha 100 and 8% propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. It provides high heat- and weather-stability, light fastness and chemical resistance.

• It is designed for one-component polyurethane stoving coatings for automotive finishing applications.
• Compared with polyisocyanates blocked with butanone oxime, WANNATE® HTBL-275MS offers reduction in the stoving temperature of approx. 10°C, with no decrease in solvent- and chemical resistance.

WANNATE® HT-90B by Wanhua Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) and dissolved in 10% n-butyl acetate. It can be used as the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings.

• It exhibits high resistance to chemicals and weathering, very good gloss retention and outstanding mechanical properties.
• It can be mixed with aliphatic- and aromatic polyisocyanates, polyacrylates and polyester polyols.
• WANNATE® HT-90B is suitable for automotive refinishing, transportation, industrial finishing and plastic coatings.
