Zeoforte® ZSC 2295L by Zeon Chemical is a nano-composite hydrogenated nitrile elastomer. It is a Zetpol composite, new grades with high dimensional stability
and low-heat building. It offers excellent tear-, abrasion resistance and good elongation at high hardness. It provides dynamic properties. Zeoforte® ZSC 2295L is used for timing belts, poly-V- belts and printing rollers.
Zeoforte® ZSC 2395 by Zeon Chemical is a nano-composite modified hydrogenated nitrile elastomer. It is a low saturated Zetpol composite with very good compression set resistance, outstanding dynamical properties. Zeoforte® ZSC 2395 is used in paper and steel rollers.
Zeoforte® ZSC 2295N by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It has been modified with the zinc salt of methacrylic acid utilizing advanced micro-mixture technology. It offers outstanding physical properties and abrasion resistance over a wide variation of temperatures. Zeoforte® ZSC 2295N is used in adhesives.
