VINNEX® 2504 by Wacker is vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer used as a tackifier. Exhibits enhanced flexibility, improved performance in film sealing, improved compatibility with other biopolymers and improved compatibility with polar fillers. Has improved stiffness without affecting biodegradability. Increases impact and melt strength & therefore improves processability (e.g. cutting, removing from reel, separation of film). VINNEX® 2504 is suitable for hot-melt adhesives used in packaging (boxes, bags, foams), construction, consumer goods, medical applications and non-woven fabric. VINNEX® 8802 by Wacker is vinyl acetate-vinyl laurate copolymer used as a tackifier. Exhibits enhanced flexibility, higher mechanical toughness & optimized crystallinity and enables film blowing with PHB. It has increased melt strength, improved processability, reduced noise of PLA films, maintained transparency, good performance in film sealing and improved adhesion to paper. It does not show reduction in hardness or modulus and enables improved stiffness without affecting biodegradability. VINNEX® 8802 is designed for hot-melt adhesive applications. VINNEX® 8880 by Wacker is vinyl acetate-vinyl laurate copolymer used as a tackifier. Exhibits enhanced flexibility, higher mechanical toughness & optimized crystallinity and enables film blowing with PHB.
