Vinavil® PW195

Vinavil® PW195 by Vinavil is a 50% modified polyvinyl acetate aqueous dispersion. It is used in combination with VINADUR 500 or VINADUR 100 for making two-component wood adhesives specifically designed for plywood panel manufacturing. It is suitable for light wood (poplar, okoume) and higher density wood (beech, birch, eucalyptus, sapelli) and is particularly well suited to high-frequency and/or pre-pressing gluing cycles.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>2k adhesive based on Vinavil® PW195 does not require specific crosslinking temperature to accomplish the final panel bond strength. </li> <li>It is easy to handle and offers fast setting compared to UF and soy protein technologies.</li> <li>It reduces pressing and converting time, enhancing productivity.</li> <li>It provides long pot life stability (up to 5 days) and can be stored at temperatures between 5 and 40°C.</li> <li>It enables the production of panels class 1, according to EN717-1 and EN 314 (class 2 achievable under specific application conditions), and are compliant to CARB NAF certification.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 6 months.</li></ul>

Vinavil® PW196

Vinavil® PW196 by Vinavil is a modified polyvinyl acetate aqueous dispersion. In combination with VINADUR 500 or VINADUR 100, it is used for making two-component wood adhesives specifically designed for plywood panel manufacturing. Vinavil® 2428

Vinavil® 2428 by Vinavil is a plasticizers free vinyl-ethylene-acrylic water dispersion. Exhibits excellent resistance to temperature, plasticizers and good adhesion on plastic materials, metals, treated PE & PP both. Provides high cohesion and good mechanical stability. It can be used as raw material for the production of pressure sensitive adhesives (tapes, films, labels, transfer & double-sided tape), packaging adhesives and flooring adhesives (for PVC, linoleum, moquettes, foams). It is also used for adhesives for gluing paper and cardboard to low energy surface substrates. Vinavil® 2428 has a shelf life of 6 months.
