VertecBio™ Ethyl Acetate Bio-Based by Vertec Biosolvents is a high performance, versatile bio-based solvent. It is made from renewable resources and is 100% biodegradable to carbon dioxide & water. It exhibits high loading capacity and leaves no residue. VertecBio™ Ethyl Acetate Bio-Based is suitable as a carrier solvent for adhesives. VertecBio™ Ethyl Acetate Bio-Based is safe, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic and contains no global warming compounds & no hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
VertecBio™ 5516 by Vertec Biosolvents is an ethyl lactate solvent blend. Acts as a biosolvent. It is 100% biodegradable, safe, non-carcinogenic and derived from corn. Has moderate drying time, no film residue, low vapor pressure and high loading capacity. VertecBio™ 5516 is not listed as ODC, HAP or SARA. Possesses no environmentally hazardous ingredients preferable chemistry, non-hazardous under RCRA, no (ODC's) ozone depleting chemicals, no (HAP’s) hazardous air pollutants and no global warming compounds.
High performance, versatile solvent blend. It is designed to directly replace dibasic ester. It is bio-based, HAP's free. ELSOL blends show a 20%-30% increase in efficiency over petroleum solvents, making them ideal for formulation of both low and higher solids products. Provides excellent flow characteristics when used in formulation. Has high Loading capacity. It is easy and inexpensive to distill/recycle, 100% biodegradable to carbon dioxide and water. Has no impact on global warming ("Carbon Neutral"). It is EPA approved SNAP solvent-no ozone depleting chemicals, safe, non-toxic, non-carcinogenic. Also has better cleaning power and reduced solvent usage vs. butyl cellosolve. It is a precision cleaning solvent and dries completely as well as leaves no residue.
