Scuranate™ T80 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (80%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (20%). Major applications include polyurethane flexible foams (slabs/moldings), cast elastomers, adhesive binders and high resiliency applications. It is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C. Scuranate™ T80 by Vencorex is a mixture of the two isomers of TDI: 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (80%) and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate(20%). Acts as resin and is used in polyurethane (PU) cast elastomers, polyurethane adhesives and binders. It is a toxic and reactive chemical and is sensitive to moisture. It crystallizes below 15°C and at higher temperature it undergoes discoloration and formation of solids which cannot be dissolved. Scuranate™ T80 has high resiliency and high load bearing capacity. Scuranate™ T100 by Vencorex is 2,4-toluene diisocyanate. Acts as a resin used in polyurethane (PU) cast elastomers, polyurethane adhesives and binders. It is a toxic and reactive chemical and is sensitive to moisture. It crystallizes below 15°C and at higher temperature it undergoes discoloration and formation of solids which cannot be dissolved. Scuranate™ T100 is prepared after crystallization during the purification stage. Scuranate™ T65 by Vencorex is a mixture of 2, 4-toluene diisocyanate (68%) and 2, 6-toluene diisocyanate (32%). It is an aromatic compound prepared after crystallization and separation of isomers. Used for viscoelastic, high-load bearing and high-resilience polyurethane (PU) flexible foams and binders. Scuranate™ T65 is sensitive to moisture, hence it should be kept in its sealed original container or in a storage tank under dry nitrogen blanketing at 20-24°C. Scuranate™ TX by Vencorex is a mixture of the two isomers of TDI: 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate with high concentration of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate. Acts as a resin used in polyurethane adhesives and binders. It is a toxic and reactive chemical and is sensitive to moisture. It crystallizes below 15°C and at higher temperature, it undergoes discoloration and formation of solids which cannot be dissolved. Scuranate™ TX is prepared after crystallization during the purification stage.
