Vanax® PML by Vanderbilt Chemicals is a fast curing accelerator for polychloroprene adhesives, sealants and mastics. Provides a high state of cure and good compression set, compared to ETU, in this clay-filled base formulation. Vanax® PML complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, for use in rubber articles intended for repeated use in food contact applications. Guanidine accelerator. Develops high tensile neoprene latex compounds and adhesives. Can be used as a secondary accelerator with thiazoles and sulfenamides. Vanax® 552 by Vanderbilt Chemicals is a non-staining and non-discoloring, piperidinium pentamethylene dithiocarbamate. Used as an ultra fast accelerator for low temperature cures. Vanax® 552 offers compatibility with NR, SR, cements, and latexes.
