Staybelite™ Ester 3-E by Synthomer acts as a tackifier. It is a pale, viscous, balsamic liquid with the resistance to oxidation and discoloration characteristics. It finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, highly tacky liquid resin. It is readily emulsifiable. Compatible with resins, waxes, plasticizers, film formers such as natural as well as synthetic rubbers, chlorinated rubber, nitrocellulose and ethylcellulose. Staybelite™ Ester 3-E is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives and sealants for bookbinding, case & carton sealing closings and non food contact tape and label packaging. Staybelite™ Ester 10-E by Synthomer is an easily emulsifiable tackifier. Offers very good resistance to oxidation and medium softening point. Compatible with waxes, plasticizers, natural & synthetic rubbers, chlorinated rubber, ethylcellulose, EVA copolymers and low molecular weight PE. Also compatible with SIS and SBS block copolymers, APAO, acrylic resins, PVP, PVB, nitrocellulose, drying oils and alkyd resins. Staybelite™ Ester 10-E is designed for adhesives and sealants for bookbinding, case & carton sealing closings and non food contact tape and label packaging. Staybelite™ Ester 5-E by Synthomer is a deodorized, pale, medium-hard, thermoplastic synthetic resin. Acts as a tackifier. Exhibits very good resistance to oxidation, discoloration, thermoplasticity, inherent tackiness and other properties affected by ageing. Compatible with natural & synthetic resins, waxes, natural and synthetic elastomers, EVA copolymers, nitrocellulose and ethylcellulose. Staybelite™ Ester 5-E is used in pressure-sensitive adhesives and sealants for bookbinding, case & carton sealing closings and non food contact tape and label packaging. Staybelite™ Resin-E by Synthomer is a partially hydrogenated rosin used as a tackifier. Exhibits good resistance to oxidation, light color, medium softening point and thermoplastic hydrogenated resin. Used in assembly, bookbinding, caulks and sealants, contact adhesives, footwear, leather and hot-melt adhesives. Compatible with natural resins, rubber, waxes, drying & non-drying alkyds and blown castor oil. Also compatible with ethylcellulose, various synthetic elastomeric and thermoplastic polymers and copolymers. Staybelite™ Resin-E is applicable for laminating, non-wovens, packaging, pressure sensitive adhesives, case & carton sealing closings, solvent-borne adhesives, non food contact tapes and labels.
