PLEXTOL™ D 154 by Synthomer is an aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic acrylic polymer for adhesives application. It is protected against bacterial attack during storage. PLEXTOL™ D 154 is recommended for self-adherent tapes. It can be applied by spraying and impregnating. It has a shelf life of 12 months. PLEXTOL™ R 100 by Synthomer is an acrylic copolymer dispersion. It is recommended for cartridge applied caulks & sealants and flexible fillers. It can be processed by drying to form a flexible, tough film of high water resistance. It is a binder for water-based assembly/grab adhesives. PLEXTOL™ R 100 can be combined with fillers and other additives to form sealants. The shelf life is 12 months. PLEXTOL™ D 224 by Synthomer is an anionic aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic acrylic polymer. It offers clear, colorless & hydrophobic film with softness and good tackiness at room temperature. PLEXTOL™ D 224 is also suitable to be used as a tackifier for the formulation of water-based adhesives. PLEXTOL™ L 4805 by Synthomer is an APEO-free, anionic, water-based acrylic copolymer dispersion. It is recommended for pressure sensitive adhesives.<br>

It offers instant-adhesiveness and extremely high peeling values particularly in high layer thicknesses. It is crosslinkable due to the presence of functionalized comonomers. It is particularly suitable for critical substrates like (PE) in outside applications. PLEXTOL™ D 171 exhibits good resistance against aging and water. It is recommended for pressure-sensitive adhesives such as one-and double-sided tapes for construction, industrial, packages and automotive applications. The shelf life of the product is 12 months. PLEXTOL™ DS 155 by Synthomer is an anionic aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic acrylic polymer. It is a low VOC grade designed for water-based adhesives formulations. PLEXTOL™ DS 155 is recommended for the manufacture of self-adherent tapes. PLEXTOL™ L 4804 by Synthomer is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymer. It is an anionic and APEO-free grade. It is recommended for pressure sensitive adhesives. It offers well-balanced peel adhesion, initial tack, excellent shear resistance and moderate water-, & whitening (blush) resistance. It is also recommended for automotive and indoor B&C specialty tapes. It exhibits very good adhesion to a wide range of substrates. PLEXTOL™ L 4804 provides good film formation, transparency, softness, permanent stickiness and high flexibility. It can be tackified with commercially available tackifiers. It is also suitable for general purpose paper and filmic label manufacturing. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. PLEXTOL™ A 412AF by Synthomer is an aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymer. It is viscous, milky white liquid that is anionic in nature and APEO free.<br>

<li>PLEXTOL™ A 412AF has applications in the production of permanently flexible construction sealants and as a binding agent for production of adhesives.</li></ul> PLEXTOL™ D 207 by Synthomer is an anionic aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic acrylic polymer. It offers clear & colorless film with low inner strength, softness and good tackiness at room temperature. PLEXTOL™ D 207 is also suitable to be used as a tackifier for the manufacture of water-based dispersion adhesives. PLEXTOL™ L 4801 by Synthomer is an APEO-free, anionic, aqueous dispersion of acrylic copolymer.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is recommended for labels, pressure sensitive tapes, specialty tapes for buildings & construction and low foaming/VOC automotive tapes.</li>
<li>It exhibits a balance of good tack & high cohesion and offers excellent UV resistance.</li>
<li>PLEXTOL™ L 4801 can be combined with commercially available tackifier dispersions to enhance tack and adhesion of polyolefin substrates.</li>
