Melurac® 450 HF by Syensqo is a co-spray-dried melamine urea-formaldehyde. It is designed for optimum performance in both high-frequency and hot press applications. It is used as a heat-curing adhesive. It can be catalyzed. It possesses very good bond strength, durability, dry heat resistance, non-staining properties and long working life and assembly time. Melurac® 450 HF is recommended for high-frequency gluing of truck and railroad flooring, laminated timber, beams, and millwork; glue performance with various types of softwoods (both Southern and Western) and hardwoods; exterior waterproof adhesive. Melurac® 5005 by Syensqo is melamine-urea formaldehyde resin. It is designed for optimum performance in both fast-cycle high frequency and hot press applications. It is used as a heat-curing adhesive. It can be hot-pressed and catalyzed. It shows fast reactivity, low build-up on equipment and high production yields. Melurac® 5005 is recommended for exterior waterproof adhesive, flat and curved plywood, exterior doors or general assembly bonding wherever waterproof bonds are required. Melurac® 4004 by Syensqo is a melamine-urea formaldehyde resin. It is designed for optimum performance in both high-frequency and hot press applications. It is used as a heat-curing adhesive. It possesses the facility to handle, fast reactivity, few build-ups on equipment, and high production yields. It can be catalyzed. Melurac® 4004 is recommended for gluing of truck and railroad flooring, laminated timber, beams and millwork and exterior waterproof adhesive.
