Struktol® AW-1 by Struktol is used as an antistatic plasticizer for mineral filled NBR-, SBR- and NR-compounds. Provides low surface resistance. It offers incompatibility with aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils and greases. Its use level is 5-20 phr. Struktol® AW-1 has shelf life of two years.
Struktol® Polydis® 3610 by Struktol is nitrile rubber modified epoxy resin based on bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether (DGEBA). It provides ultimate toughening and excellent adhesion on oily steel for 1-component systems. It offers improved fracture toughness, impact, flexural, shear and peel strength. Struktol® Polydis® 3610 is used in adhesives. Its shelf life is at least 12 months at a temperature less than 8°C.
Struktol® WB 300 by Struktol is a fatty acid ester. Used as a plasticizer in nitrile rubber compounds. Provides low surface resistance. Improves oil and fuel resistance. Struktol® WB 300 possesses incompatibility with aliphatic hydrocarbons, minerals, oils and greases and high compatibility with phenolic resin modified NBR/PVC polyblends. Use level: 0.5-40 phr.
