VINYBLAN® 603 by Shin-Etsu is a self extinguishing, anionic vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer emulsion. Possesses good transparency and flexibility. Exhibits good machine stability, low temperature stability and good heat resistance at 150-200°C. Offers excellent water resistance. Provides excellent adhesion to glass fiber & substrate and colorant dispersion in the absorbing layer. It can be diluted by water and can be mixed with various anionic emulsions. When mixed with alcohol such as methanol or IPA, it can cause gelation. Designed for heat sealing adhesive applications for vinyl chloride leathers. Complies with REACH 1907/2006 and 2001/58/EC. VINYBLAN® 603 has a shelf life of 6 months at 5°C-30°C. VINYBLAN® AD-94 by Shin-Etsu is a vinyl acrylic emulsion. It has acrylic as main ingredient. Provides high solid contents required for the successful transition from solvent-based to water-based adhesives. Offers excellent adhesion to hard-to-adhere materials like PE and paper. VINYBLAN® AD-94 is suitable for adhesive applications. VINYBLAN® ADH-893D by Shin-Etsu is a vinyl acrylic emulsion having acrylic as main ingredient.
