Hexane Extraction Grade by Shell Chemicals is a special boiling point, fast evaporating hydrocarbon solvent. It consists essentially of hexane isomers with 50% n-hexane. It is designed for adhesive applications. Hexane Extraction Grade possesses very low aromatics and olefins content. Hexane Polymerisation by Shell Chemicals is a solvent containing about 50% n-hexane, with a similar content of other hexane isomers. It is manufactured to the high standards required by the polymerization industry. It has very low impurities in aromatics, olefins, carbonyls and acid substances. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
