POLURENE MD 1500 by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is a polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI)-based aromatic polyisocyanate. This polyfunctional polymer possesses fast drying properties. It is more flexible than POLURENE MD 1600. POLURENE MD 1500 is recommended for self-leveling adhesives and sealants. POLURENE MD 50 EA by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is an aromatic polyisocyanate prepolymer. It is based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Applicable for adhesives and sealants. POLURENE MD 50 EA offers high penetrability on porous substrates and improves adhesion on difficult substrate. POLURENE TPI 27 EA by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is an adhesion promoter based on tris (p-isocyanatophenyl) thiophosphate isocyanate (TPTI). It is developed for the formulation of products with good adhesion on melamine paper. It is also suitable for substrates contaminated by residual release agent. POLURENE TPI 27 EA is designed for adhesives and sealants. POLURENE IR 51 BA by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is an aromatic isocyanurate with low free TDI content. POLURENE IR 51 BA exhibits fast curing, high hardness and limited yellowing. Possible applications include adhesives and sealants. POLURENE LP 100 NPF by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is toluene diisocyanate (TDI)-based polyurethane prepolymer containing blocked isocyanic groups with excellent rheology. It shows excellent improved flexibility for epoxy systems. It does not release nonyl phenol. POLURENE LP 100 NPF is used in solvent-based & solvent-free sealants. POLURENE LPI 604 by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is solvent-free, MDI-based 1K PU binder. It shows good mechanical- & chemical resistance and fast curing. POLURENE HRBS by SAPICI (Sun Chemical) is a fast curing, low free toluene diisocyanate (TDI)-based aromatic isocyanurate. It is characterized by high hardness and limited yellowing features. POLURENE HRBS is applicable in solvent-based adhesives and sealants. POLURENE LP 90 NPF by Sapici is toluene diisocyanate (TDI)-based polyurethane prepolymer in DOA containing blocked isocyanic groups. It shows improved flexibility for epoxy systems. It exhibits excellent rheology. It doesnot release nonyl phenol. POLURENE LP 90 NPF is designed for solventborne & solvent-free sealants. POLURENE OK HP by Sapici is an aromatic, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and hexamethylene diisocyanates (HDI)-based mixed isocyanurate. POLURENE OK HP is recommended for adhesives and sealants. POLURENE IR 65 EA by Sapici is an aromatic isocyanurate with low free toluene diisocyanate (TDI) content. Shows fast curing, high hardness and limited yellowing. POLURENE IR 65 EA is suggested for use in solvent-based adhesives and sealants.
