SABOSTAB® UV 78 by Sabo is a mix. of 1,6-Hexanediamine, N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) -, polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine, reaction products with butanedioic acid, dimethyl ester, polymer with 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. Acts as a hindered amine light stabilizer. It exhibits thermal oxidative stability, excellent migration resistance and has low volatility. SABOSTAB® UV 78 is compatible with polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, polyurethane, styrenic TPE, TPO and polyamide fiber. It complies with following regulations, AICS, DSL, EINECS, IECSC, ENCS, NZIoC, ECL, TSCA and PICCS. SABOSTAB® UV 1 by Sabo is a N-(4-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-N’-methyl-N’-phenyl formamidine. Used as UV absorber for shoe soles. SABOSTAB® UV 1 provides broad compatibility. SABOSTAB® UV 37 by Sabo is a hexadecyl 3,5-bis-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoate. It is a benzoate light stabilizer. It is non-discoloring and has low volatility and excellent resistance to migration. It is non-basic and non-interactive with other formulation components. SABOSTAB® UV 37 is a highly effective synergist used to boost the performance of other light stabilizers such as hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS) and UV absorbers. It is used in polyolefins (PE, PP, TPO), rigid PVC, polyacetals and polyesters. It is used in adhesives. It's typical addition levels range from 0.1-0.5%, depending upon the application. In rigid PVC, polyacetals, and polyesters, typical addition levels range from 0.1-1%, in combination with an equivalent amount of a UV absorber (e.g., SABO®STAB UV 312). SABOSTAB® UV 37 is listed on the ECL, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, AICS, DSL, TCSI, EINECS and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 3 years. SABOSTAB® UV 40 by Sabo is a 1,6-hexanediamine bis (2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) polymer with 2,4,6-trichloro-1,3,5-triazine, reaction products with N-butyl-1-butanamine and N-butyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinamine. Acts as a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. Provides exceptional UV- and long-term thermal stability in polyolefins. It provides low volatility, excellent resistance to extraction, minimal pigment interaction. Its narrow polydispersity ensures consistent performance in use and processing. SABOSTAB® UV 40 is compatible with PE, PP, TPO, polyamide Fibers, flexible and rigid PVC, styrenic TPE and polyurethanes. Its applications include tapes and adhesives. It is also recommended for use in systems containing mineral fillers and/or carbon black. Recommended dosage is 0.05-1%, depending upon the application. It possesses extensive food contact clearances. It is listed on the ECL, ENCS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, AICS, DSL, TCSI and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 5 years. SABOSTAB® UV 94 by Sabo is a hindered amine stabilizer. Possesses broad compatibility. SABOSTAB® UV 94 offers good extraction resistance. SABOSTAB® UV 119 by Sabo is a high molecular weight solid hindered amine stabilizer. Possesses broad compatibility. SABOSTAB® UV 312 by Sabo is a N-(2-Ethoxyphenyl)-N'-(2-ethylphenyl) oxamide. It acts as UV absorber. It is low molecular weight, slightly yellowish powder. It shows performance synergy with other light stabilizers such as hindered amine light stabilizers and benzoates. SABOSTAB® UV 312 is used in has adhesives and sealants. SABOSTAB® UV 65 by Sabo is a Bis(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate + Methyl(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)sebacate. It acts as hindered amine light stabilizer. It has low molecular weight, slightly yellowish liquid. SABOSTAB® UV 65 is used in adhesives and sealants. SABOSTAB® UV 62 by Sabo is a polymer of dimethyl succinate and 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6, -tetramethyl-1-piperidine ethanol. SABOSTAB® UV 62 provides broad compatibility. Used as light stabilizer. SABOSTAB® UV 70 by Sabo is a bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate. Acts as a polymeric hindered amine light stabilizer. Provides excellent light stabilization performance in thick-section applications. It is non-discoloring and is a granular, low-dusting product form. SABOSTAB® UV 70 is compatible with PP, TPO, styrenic polymers (HIPS, SAN, ABS, ASA), polyamides, polyurethanes, polyacetals, acrylics, elastomers, adhesives and sealants. It is also suitable for use in thin section applications such as PP film and tapes. Recommended dosage is 0.05-0.6%, depending upon the application. It is listed on the ECL, ENCS, EINECS, IECSC, PICCS, NZIoC, AICS, DSL, TCSI and TSCA chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 5 years.
