Conduct-o-fil® S-2429-S by Potters Industries is a silver-coated solid glass. Possesses low density, reduced weight. Offers the conductive and shielding properties of pure silver and
silver-coated metallic particles at a fraction of their cost and density. The glass core is virtually chemically inert, offering very good aging stability, even in high temperature environments. It will not oxidize and cause loss of electrical conductivity of the silvered particle over time and temperature. Conductivity and electromagnetic interference shielding protection are achieved as current passes along the surface layer of silver. Conduct-o-fil® S-2429-S is used in adhesive and gasket applications (approved for military gasketing); electronic packaging applications. Silver-coated aluminum. Used for electronic packaging applications requiring electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding properties. Provides very good conductivity.
Application : silicone gasket, conductive adhesives and epoxies, electronic packaging applications. Silver-coated aluminum. Used for electronic packaging applications requiring electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding properties. Provides very good conductivity.
Application : silicone gasket, conductive adhesives and epoxies, electronic packaging applications. Silver-coated copper. Possesses very good shielding characteristics, high conductivity and good stability in most resin systems. Designed for end-use electronic packaging applications that require high conductivity and special rheological properties. Provides low-cost and high-performance. Silver-coated copper.
