Diplast® NS

Diplast® NS by Polynt is diisononyl phthalate (DINP). Used as a plasticizer for PVC in gaskets for a variety of applications. Offers lower volatility, workability and efficiency. Provides good resistance to extraction by water and aqueous soap, stability, electrical resistivity and mechanical properties after ageing.

Diplast® L 7-11

Phthalate based on predominantly linear C7-C11 alcohols. Used as a plasticizer for PVC in gaskets. Offers low volatility, good efficiency, low tempearture flexibility, outdoor weatherability and compatibility with SBR, neoprene, nitrocellulose, nitrile and chlorinated rubber.

Diplast® L 7-9

Phthalate based on predominantly linear C7-C9 alcohols. Used as a plasticizer for PVC in gaskets. Offers easy processability, high efficiency and compatibility , better low temperature flexibility and lower volatility. Gives compatible with polystyrene, nitrocellulose, nitrile and chlorinated rubber.

Diplast® D

Dioctyl adipate (DOA). Used as a plasticizer for PVC, its copolymers and synthetic rubber in gaskets. Offers very good performance at low temperatures, initial low viscosity and good stability. Can be used in combination with high-molecular-weight phtalic esters.

Diplast® C

Benzylbutyl phthalate (BBP). Used as a plasticizer for PVC in gaskets. Offers very good processability and plasticizing efficiency. Provides high resistance to hydrocarbons, very good stain resistance, good mechanical properties and stability with respect to light. Gives good compatibility with polyvinylacetate, polystyrene, nitrocellulose, ethylcellulose and natural and synthetic rubber.

Diplast® O

Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DOP or DEHP). Used as a plasticizer for PVC in gaskets. Offers compatibility with PVC, chlorinated rubbers, polystyrene, nitrocellulose and ethylcellulose, partial compatibility with phenolic, urea-formaldehyde, melamine resins and polymethylmethacrylate and incompatibility with cellulose acetate.
