Titanium dioxide. It has rutile crystallographic structure, is nontoxic, non-flammable and chemically inactive. It is surface treated with aluminum and silicon compounds and modified with organic compounds. Has very good optical properties (high level of gloss, very good lightening power and opacity), is easily dispersible and highly durable to weathering conditions. Recommended for sealants and rubber glues.
Weather resistant titanium dioxide. It has a rutile crystallographic structure, nontoxic, non-flammable, very good optical properties (a high brightening and hiding power) and is chemically inactive. It is surface treated with Aluminum compounds (Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) and modified with hydrophilic organic compounds.
