PChem® MB-313 by Pioneer Chemicals is an acrylic resin produced by suspension polymerization process. Exhibits fast drying, low viscosity and exceptional pigment dispersion. Offers fade resistance, good biocompatibility, high light transmission, low haze, recycling capability and non-toxicity. PChem® MB-313 shows solubility with aromatics, chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters and ketones. Used in adhesive applications.
PChem® BM716 by Pioneer Chemicals is a 100% solid, acrylic polyol grade. Possesses good adhesion, excellent weather resistance, recoating capability, good pigmentation, good levelling property and high gloss retention. Provides excellent outdoor durability, outstanding chemical resistance and mechanical properties. PChem® BM716 contains a urethane linkage in the backbone which provides high chemical resistance and high density of hydrogen bonding. Shows good compatibility with resins, fast curing speed and flexibility. Used in hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive applications.
