About Nynas

Nynas, established in 1928 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is a European manufacturer of specialty naphthenic oils and bitumen products. It provides naphthenic process oils for various applications, including adhesives, printing inks, TPE, fertilizers, greases, metalworking fluids, and industrial lubricants, as well as bitumen products for road paving and industrial uses. Nynas contributes significantly to the adhesive sector by providing specialized naphthenic oils and plasticizers that enhance the performance and durability of adhesive products. Nyflex® 2120B

Nyflex® 2120B by Nynas is a very low viscosity hydrotreated naphthenic process oil. It offers superb low temperature properties and high performance even in difficult conditions. It shows excellent solvency and high purity which allows it to be used with a much wider range of resins than paraffinic distillates. It exhibits high fluidity, reduced bacterial growth, formulation flexibility and displays the right balance between polymer compatibility, loss of mass & color stability. It is a reliable and cost efficient alternative to traditional silicone fluids. It is suitable for silicone sealants. Nyflex® 2120B complies with FDA 21 CFR 178.3620B and meets the Blue Angel environmental standard.

Nytex® 820

Nytex® 820 by Nynas is a hydrotreated, high viscosity naphthenic oil. It has excellent solvent power, low volatility, and very good low temperature properties. Its solvency ensures good compatibility with a wide range of polymers and resins.</br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Its low volatility makes it suitable for most polymer compounding and processing operations.</li> <li>A high solvent power optimizes its function as a carrier of active ingredients for use in anticaking or demolding agents.</li> <li>Nytex® 820 is suitable for many applications such as PVC, printing ink, insoluble sulphur and mould release agents.</li> <li>Also recommended for wood treatment, antidust products and battery separators.</li></ul>
