BBP by NAYAKEM ORGANICS is benzyl butyl phthalate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is highly polar and exhibits strong solvent capability on a wide variety of resins. Compatible with polyvinyl acetate and acrylics. Offers reduced melt viscosity and good flexibility. Provides good recovery- and rheological properties. BBP is used in polyurethane based caulks and sealants.
